Our fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Whether you are a seasoned chef or a cooking enthusiast, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the kitchen offers convenient access to an outdoor grill, making indulging in a delightful barbecue experience easy.
The bedrooms in our home are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each room is tastefully furnished and exudes a serene ambiance, providing a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. With ample space and storage, you can make yourself at home during your stay.

Our home promises a symphony of modern amenities and comforts to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Immerse yourself in the seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, where every corner welcomes you to experience serenity and refinement. After a day of exploration, retreat to the lavishly designed bedrooms, each offering a sanctuary of tranquility and privacy.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.

We stayed here for a work retreat. It was great space for that - had plenty of different living rooms to switch up spaces, each room had it's own bathroom. Great customer support with 24/7 text line and having someone come to the house to welcome us! Loved the location. Only challenge was we weren't able to use the hot tub as it would not heat up. management company was SO quick to respond and we had hot tub guys at the house nearly immediately. Unfortunately they had to come several times over the few days and the hot tub was never able to be used.

The beautiful house was in a great location. Walkable to Old Town. Plenty of space in the house with a great pool and hot tub. Would definitely rent again. Plus the hosts were very response and helpful!

The property was amazing and even better in real life than in the pictures. Amazing location and very smooth check in and check out process. Furniture and appliances are also all top notch. Highly recommend and will be going back!

Our group of 12 had a wonderful long weekend in Scottsdale staying at this home - it's beautifully appointed, everyone had a bed to sleep on, it's very conveniently located (within walking distance to restaurants and shops), and the pool was perfect. We had two minor maintenance needs while there, and the company fixed them promptly. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to any group coming to Scottsdale!

The home was beautifully decorated. Loved the open floor plans. The individual bathrooms for every bedroom fit our needs perfectly. The outdoor entertaining area was a huge bonus!! Close to many shops and restaurants!!

The house lived up to all the photos—a brand new construction in an older neighborhood that is turning. It is in a great location near the entertainment district of Old Town—easy access to anywhere else in Scottsdale. The spaces were well thought out and very accommodating to our large group. If you need to be in this area, consider this house! You will not regret it.

With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this is the perfect home for large groups to spread out. There are multiple sitting areas, a large dining table, and a movie room. The outdoor space is lovely. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but that was our only inconvenience. The house is an easy walk to the canal walking trail and Old Scottsdale. Highly recommend this home!
