Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the villa and you will immediately be drawn to the resort style backyard that has a beautiful resort pool, spa, water slide and a covered palapa complete with 65 inch TV. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating , fire table with lounge area and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Want to work on your putting game? Try our putting green. Want to break a sweat? Try out our outdoor sports court with pickle ball and basketball courts. Also included for your entertainment is your own grilling station and outdoor dining set.

We had a group of 8 ladies stay for a long weekend for an annual trip. The house is luxurious and well appointed for whatever you need. The furnishings are top notch and the kitchen had everything you need. Very spacious and relaxing. The outside is a paradise and perfect for all ages and all activities. We appreciated the walk through and the responsiveness of the owners. A+ and will come back again.

We had a great stay. 12 adults, two three year olds and two one year olds. The house is spacious and open. Outdoor space is beautiful. Having our own pickleball court was great as we have several avid players in our family. Pool was very well maintained. Location was fine, off a Main Street in Scottsdale. Management company was very responsive and accommodating.

We have a group of friends from college that have been getting together for 44 years . Each year is a different destination And this is by far the best location and house we have ever stayed in. The amenities were more than a five star resort. The grounds from the pool to the hot tub to the Pickleball court to the basketball court to the fire pit exquisite.

We stayed here recently as a family of 15, for our Father’s 70th birthday celebration. We had the pleasure of booking with Sean (made the process seamless), were welcomed by our Host, Jada (showed us around the house and gave us a beautiful welcome basket) and Nick helped us with a few technology quirks. Everyone was so welcoming and always available to help and answer any questions! We loved our stay at Paradise Palms and will definitely be back!

Paradise Palms was an absolutely amazing experience for my group and I. The house is so beautiful and the backyard amenities gives a resort feel. We did not have to leave the house for anything because we enjoyed being at the property. There are plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby so the house is in the perfect location. You can see the mountains from the front yard and a golf course nearby.
Sean was our host and he was always responsive and very accommodating. My cousin is going through kidney treatment and Sean helped accommodate us so that all his medicine made it in the house and not out in the hot son. I absolutely recommend this house and look forward to staying on another property. Best experience ever. Thank you Sean for everything!

Our recent stay at Hozho Residences on Paradise Palms was fantastic! The entire home was impeccably clean, and the amenities were perfect for our family. The attention to detail made it a true home away from home.
A special shoutout to Sean from Premier AZ Destinations, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing every question professionally. His assistance made our vacation planning seamless.
The house & the management team were great ... the golf / set up team was not good.
I believe we have a call to discuss these issues next week .... to this point nothing has been done to satisfy the multiple daily issues ... especially if we chose to rebook here again for 2026
