HÓZHÓ Residence on Desert Views

This house was perfectly suited for our group of 12 golfers. Everyone had a great time and we couldn't have asked for more. Well equipped house located on a nice property.

My three-generation family rents a large home every-other year for the holidays. This home ranks right up there with our favorites. The hot tub is everything! Plenty of space to spread out, pickleball court got a lot of use and we really enjoyed the view from the backyard. On-site manager was very responsive prior to arrival and during stay which was appreciated.

Our excursion was one of Family getting together and sharing experiences about the year. The Home was exceptional. The heated pool and spa made the cooler days more tolerable and the pool table and other games gave us a lot of great memories. We were lucky enough to see wildlife (Coyotes and Javelins)

All good. Located in a private, quiet neighborhood. Management very responsive to a few minor problems. All 18 in our families enjoyed the stay. Never felt crowded. Would recommend for large groups.

We were so happy with our stay. The management team was so responsive to all our questions and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect house to accommodate our large group with plenty of things to entertain the various age ranges and space for everyone to spread out. We would love to stay again!

Our extended family of 12 had a great vacation. The pickleball court was a huge hit with the whole family along with basketball and swimming. The house was perfect with more than enough space and separation. The location is convenient to shopping, groceries and more entertainment options than you can fit in. We had a great time.

Our family of 14 had a great time at this house. There were so many things to do here. The house felt spacious, and, yet, everyone seemed to congregate in the main kitchen area. The only thing we didn't get to see were the Javelina pigs!

Our recent stay at this outstanding home was perfect. The location was wonderful, we were close to everything shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf;
and the home was everything we could hope for. There were 19 of us, everyone had plenty of room, the central hub/kitchen was a great gathering spot for eating, games, and socializing. The pool/hot tub, bball court and putting green provided more than enough variety for adults and children
(ages 6-18). Everyone wants to know when we can return!

We had a group of 15 guys in from Wisconsin to enjoy a week of golf and stayed in this beautiful home. The bedroom accommodations worked great and the kitchen and dining areas were ideal as we spent most nights in the house. The pool area was perfect...both pool and spa were heated and enjoyed by our guys after golf. Although the house is off the beaten path, shopping and restaurants were within five minutes and several golf courses were within ten miles. I recommend this home for a large golf or family gathering. The property management team was quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had during our stay.

This rental property was an excellent location for our large family get-together. The house was "as advertised" and the pool/hot tube was incredible!

Place was a great place for a bunch of golfers.

Whole family for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space. Kitchen area well designed for big group. Nice outdoor area.

We rented two homes for our sales retreat. 8 people stayed at this home and 8 at another. Amenities were nice as was the layout of the home. We were not at this home a lot because “home base” was the other, which was about 3 minutes away, also in Cave Creek. Mgmt company was fine - but I think they have a neighbor problem of not wanting it to be a rental. The first day we got settled in between 4:30 and 6:30 pm and then we’re off to a corporate dinner offsite until 9:00. Before even getting back into the house I received a text of a noise complaint from the neighbors via the mgmt company. I asked for details because we weren’t actually there that evening and didn’t get any response. Both homes made a big point about noise after 10:00 PM which is totally understandable, but this wasn’t the case. All 16 of us spent most of our time at the other home and had no issues at all. In summary, nice home, mgmt was fine, but plan to be a very quiet group. I’m also concerned this “noise complaint” will be held against us on future rentals - but we were really good guests in both homes. Also, this home did not have any pantry staples like salt & pepper, coffee pods, plastic bags, dish soap, olive oil etc. the other home was well stocked.

We rented this house for a couples weekend away to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was so spacious with wonderful outdoor space. We enjoyed the views, the pool, the hot tub, the sport court, the theatre room, and the pool table. It was a great weekend. For how expensive the rental house was, we were disappointed with what was provided. For 20 people staying 4 days, 2 dish pods, 2 garbage bags, and 1 spare toilet paper roll per bathroom did not cut it. It was disappointing to have to pay for grocery delivery to keep the house stocked. Otherwise the house and location were great and we would totally rent again!

I had a group of 8 and this home had plenty of room for us. Really clean and open. If my friend's house isn't completed by this time next year we hope to stay here again!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated.

The home has everything you need, you can entertain easily and never need to leave other than to restock the fridge. And with several grocery stores and markets within a short 10 minute drive that is very easy to do.

Had seven of us for a golf weekend getaway, the house was ideal, putting green, basketball court, hot tub, pool, bedrooms for all...absolutely perfect!

We stayed with 3 other families. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The kids loved the basketball court, the pool and hot tub.
Cant wait to come back and stay here again.

About 15 of us stayed here for a family gathering. The experience was PERFECT. The house is brand new, large, clean, and just as described. The pool, hot tub, basketball court, and putting green made everything that much more fun. The hosts were very responsive, reasonable, and straightforward with respect to all our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
