Review of Hozho Luxe Retreat – A Dream Family Getaway in Scottsdale, AZ

Our recent stay at Hozho Luxe Retreat in Scottsdale was nothing short of extraordinary. Traveling with a large family group of 18 people, including 8 children ranging in age from 2 to 12, we were looking for a vacation rental that could offer both space and entertainment—and this property delivered in every way imaginable.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Hozho Luxe Retreat was a special place. The home itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped to accommodate large groups without ever feeling crowded. Every room was not only comfortable and inviting, but also well-appointed with quality furnishings and attention to detail. We never once felt like we were on top of each other, which is no small feat for a group of our size!

But where this property truly shines is in its amenities. The water slides and lazy river were a huge hit with the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!). There’s something magical about floating along in your own private lazy river as the Arizona sun warms your face. The kids never tired of the water features—it was nonstop fun from morning to night.

For those moments when we weren’t in the water, we made great use of the pickleball court and ping pong table. These features created opportunities for spontaneous games, family bonding, and a whole lot of laughter. Whether we were having casual matches or full-on family tournaments, there was never a dull moment.

Another favorite space was the movie theater room. Every evening turned into a mini cinematic experience. We’d gather everyone together, make popcorn, and settle in for movie nights that rivaled going to an actual theater. It was the perfect way to wind down after full days of fun.

The whole property was fantastic and catered to all of our needs and more. The staff that helped me check in and book the private chef was friendly and seemingly eager to provide me an easy experience. The pool area and the pickle ball court were the main attractors of our stay, but every part of that house was used at least once. Great place, great weather, great stay.

The most amazing house ever! We took 4 families (8 kids) and hardly left to see what Scottsdale had to offer. What I mean is the house was truly so great we never ran out of things to do. Kids all said it was their favorite vacation ever. Such a great place to make memories with friends and family

Wow! What can I say about this property that doesn’t already speak for itself? Beautiful and lavish surroundings, inside and out. The linens and comforters were out of this world and the amenities were second to none and the best resort pool I have ever been to. With amenities like an Indoor sport court, ping pong, putting green and more we never left the property and so much space inside and out. The Hozho team greeted us at the door and provided a full tour of the property so we were oriented very well. They also provided us concierge services (private chef and luxury transportation is what we chose) and their service was second to none. We have already booked another property of theirs and can’t wait to come back.  Thank you so much for your hospitality.
