At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale we have one simple question…..Why not do the best of both?! HÓZHÓ Scottsdale’s Grand Estate on Sunnyside is a private luxury home situated in the heart of Scottsdale. With around 17,000 square feet, this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and amenities, outdoor entertaining that rivals any resort and concierge partners that cater to your every need. Hosting a corporate event? Have your team meetings and display your vision boards in our corporate center complete with conference table and projector screen. After your business has commenced, head on over to the bar and lounge area for a cocktail or sweat it out in the gym upstairs with elliptical, bike and much more.
Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the grand estates and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, a rather extravagant lazy river, dual water slides, a hidden bar/lounge area behind our rain wall with in pool seating, multiple water features, and a sunken pool side ramada lounge area complete with TV and plush seating. There is also an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large covered area and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to practice on your short game? Head over to the putting green prior to hitting the course. Also included for your entertainment is a grilling station and an option to dine outdoors.
Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in the game room with your own movie theatre complete with a large TV and Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment? Come and play in our indoor sport court complete with pickleball and corn hole. Take in a game of billiards, play a game of cards or watch your favorite show on one of the TV’s provided in every main space and bedroom.

Although the pictures and details of this property are amazing, they do not do justice to just how incredible this property and experience were. The host was responsive and helpful in every way from start to finish. The house, amenities, pool, and overall stay were an 11/10. Can't speak highly enough about our amazing stay!!

We recently stayed at the Grand Estate on Sunnyside for a business retreat, and it was absolutely amazing. The estate was the perfect size for our group, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed to stay entertained without ever needing to leave.
One of the highlights was definitely the pool – it was a hit with everyone! The property itself is beautifully maintained and has a luxurious yet comfortable feel, making it ideal for both work and relaxation.
The team at the Premier AZ Destinations was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and assisting us with our preparations. Their support ensured that everything went smoothly, allowing us to focus on our retreat.
Overall, the Grand Estate on Sunnyside exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it for business retreats or any group gatherings. We look forward to returning in the future!
