HÓZHÓ Grand Estate on Sunnyside

We needed to have an end of the year meeting to team build and start to put together our 2025 plans after a challenging 2024. This was the perfect location for what we wanted to accomplish. This home is massive with all of the amenities you can imagine. We ended up meeting in 5 different locations inside and outside the home. This kept things fresh and really created the type of environment we wanted to really bond and create a lasting memory for the team. Being able to cook together, play together and work together for the three days was absolutely phenomenal. For mid-sized group this location is perfect for a corporate getaway where you can get a lot done, and have a great time while doing it. Thank you Hozho for a wonderful experience.

If we had one complaint it would be lack of serving platter/bowls. We entertained 15 people and it was difficult to serve without proper platting.

We came to stay at this property in October for BarrettJackson car auction . We were 19 guys and everybody had their own bed and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property concierge helped us to book many experiences included hibachi and transportation to various events. I can’t wait to come stay here again !!

The management team is first class. They were on top of everything from start to finish. House is just as advertised if not better! Super clean, great layout for a group of 20+!

Came with a group of ~30 for a long weekend. Pictures do not do the space justice. Everyone was more than comfortably accommodated. Beautiful property.

We had a large group of 13 people and this place accommodated our group perfectly. There were more than enough rooms, bathrooms, and the space made it feel like our group was actually fairly small. The pool, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the service was absolutely perfect.

This property absolutely over-delivered! From the host that met us at the property to tour us around and make sure we knew how to work all the technology, to the charcuterie platter that welcomed us, to the impeccably furnished home... it was all 10/10! It was absolutely perfect for our company sales retreat, as we were able to house our sales staff in the main house, and our corprate staff in the guest house. The conference room made the perfect gathering place for our sessions. The kitchen was plenty big for us to prepare and serve our meals.

But no doubt, the highlight of the entire property was the pool, the water slides, and the lazy river that we spent the majority of our visit floating around in.

The linens and mattresses were SO comfortable! Almost everyone mentioned how well they were sleeping. My roommate and I even pulled back the sheets the last day to try to figure out where the mattress was from.

The neighborhood was gorgeous and felt very safe, and there was plenty of parking between the garages and the large driveway.

We did have to call our first morning about a leaking faucet, and they came right out to take care of it.

Just three very small suggestions to make this 10/10 stay even more memorable: a stash of a few spare pool towels would have been helpful, the kitchen was a little bit understocked in terms of cooking supplies (for a house that can sleep so many, the pots were quite small), and there were no floats supplied for the pool. Thankfully we had brought our own (and a pump), but that would have been a bummer had we not thought to bring them.

Sean and his staff were amazing from start to finish. This house not only met but exceeded all of our expectations. I recommend anyone considering staying, to do it, you won't regret it. Beautiful house and amazing time. We Will be back

Although the pictures and details of this property are amazing, they do not do justice to just how incredible this property and experience were. The host was responsive and helpful in every way from start to finish. The house, amenities, pool, and overall stay were an 11/10. Can't speak highly enough about our amazing stay!!

Amazing place, blew our mind.

We recently stayed at the Grand Estate on Sunnyside for a business retreat, and it was absolutely amazing. The estate was the perfect size for our group, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed to stay entertained without ever needing to leave.

One of the highlights was definitely the pool – it was a hit with everyone! The property itself is beautifully maintained and has a luxurious yet comfortable feel, making it ideal for both work and relaxation.

The team at the Premier AZ Destinations was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and assisting us with our preparations. Their support ensured that everything went smoothly, allowing us to focus on our retreat.

Overall, the Grand Estate on Sunnyside exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it for business retreats or any group gatherings. We look forward to returning in the future!

House is gorgeous. Amenities galore. A+ customer service (anything is a call or text away). Home is built with quality construction. Would highly highly recommend and will gladly return in future.
