HÓZHÓ Estate on the Riviera Oasis

This was the most beautiful and clean vacation home our family had ever experienced! Plenty of bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever had. There was 13 in our family loving all the amenities! Even though the temperature reached over 108 every day, we were entertained by the pool, pickleball court,golf Green, and billards table since the misters around the home seemed to cool things down. We can't wait to go back again!

Everything was as described or better. A great property with tons of amenities. We were greeted and got a full tour of the property and instructions. No problems at any point during our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Rented this property with 12 girlfriends for a Spring getaway trip. The house and pool are beautiful and clean. There was enough room for us at this group size, but it would have been tight with more people. The main dining table only seats 8, so if you have a larger group and want to sit down to dinner that’s something to consider. Our biggest issue with the experience was there weren’t enough towels, toilet paper, or paper towels in the house and when we requested more we were told they didn’t have stock for it. We also requested a mid-stay cleaning which basically consisted of someone wiping down the kitchen counters and taking out the trash - things we could have done ourselves. We also felt a little nickle and dimed for everything - this was the only time in my life I’ve paid a fee for early check in. The house is beautiful but I think the property management needs some work, there are some simple things that could have made this feel much more like the luxury experience advertised.

Fantastic property! House was as described. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing & kids couldn't spend enough time in the water & on the water slide. Night lighting was fantastic!
Bedrooms were comfortable.
Living area was spacious & relaxing.
Multiple TVs & theatre were great with multiple families & kids!
Kitchen appliances were great. 2 dishwashers & ice machine were a huge plus! Dining area was suitable for multiple families.

Property manager was attentive & always polite.

The Riviera Oasis is a perfect solution for large families. The home was clean, spacious and simply amazing. The large kitchen and open floor plan is beautiful. The backyard and pool area has everything you could want or need, no need to leave the property. Thank you HOZHO for being such great hosts, we will definitely be back.

My family stayed at this awesome house and I have to say the pictures just don't do it justice! This home is amazing and the backyard is like nothing we have ever seen. Huge slide for the kids(and big kids), cool gratto with table for the adults and an amazing hot tub and swim up bar. The house is perfect for entertaining with a huge open kitchen/living area, amazing theatre and seems like every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Very private and the location was perfect for getting to all the locations in Scottsdale that we visited. Thank you Premier AZ Destinations and we will be back!

Great experience and would absolutely rent from HOZHO again! Beautiful clean property and Sean with the management company was outstanding and very responsive! Loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

This place was gorgeous, inside and out. Everything was spotless. All of the furniture was comfortable including the beds and pillows. The outdoor space is the place to be. Always something to do including mini golf, pool, corn hole, sliding down the slide, or sitting around the fire pit. This place is a 10 out of 10!

Location is central to downtown Scottsdale, the house is AMAZING (I recommend you fight for the Primary room, lol).

Such a beautiful property! Our stay started with our gracious host greeting us at the property. They introduced themselves and provided a tour of the property. They showed us how everything works. Really took there time, we did not feel rushed. They gave us recommendations of restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife and they had an exquisite welcome basket for us that took up the whole table with all kinds of goodies! They made us feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back here!

My family and I had an incredible stay at the Rivieria Oasis. Sean (property manager) met our group upon check-in and gave us a tour of all the amazing amenities. The home was meticulous, comfortable and exceeded all of our expectations.
The outside and pool area blew us away. From the grotto to the putting green, every detail was wonderful.

We are looking forward to going back to this home or any other home within their property portfolio. Sean went above and beyond to help our family enjoy our stay in Scottsdale.
