Welcome to the exclusivity of HÓZHÓ Scottsdale. It is an elite luxury resort and a top-tier private vacation rental property. Built-in the warm sand of Scottsdale, surrounded by irresistible desert vistas and soothing silence, sits this stunning 6000+ square foot estate. Awaiting you and your guests is a backyard oasis that rivals any resort. An interior purposefully finished to maximize comfort and indulgence, and concierge partners that cater to your every need.
Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residence and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort-style backyard with a pool, spa, water features, outdoor shower, and changing room—a covered ramada with TV, bar area, and ample plush seating. There is an option to add pool heat for a fee during the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort-style lounge seating with large lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickleball or a game of basketball? Head on over to the sports court. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, outdoor pool table, horseshoes, and large yard area to run around or play cornhole. The back patio and ramada are equipped with misters to add coolness to your outdoor entertainment during the hot Arizona days.
Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and oversized bath and pool towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the entertainer's kitchen, complete with Wolf appliances and top-end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun, be sure to wind down in your private media room, complete with Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment? Take a game of shuffleboard, play a game of cards, or watch your favorite show on one of the TVs in every main space and bedroom. Your HÓZHÓ experience has it all!
Main House:
Bed 1 - King Master with fireplace and a desk to work from home overlooking pool. The master bathroom offers a walk-through shower, 7 shower heads, a jetted bathtub, double vanities, and a toilet room.
Bed 2 - King bed ensuite. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Bed 3 - The King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bed 4 - The King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bed 5 - Twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds.
Bed 6 - The King bedroom shares a bath with a walk-in shower in the hallway
Guest Casita:
The cozy living area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and sink.
Bed 7 King master ensuite with walk-in shower
Bed 8 - Double suite Queen by Queen hotel suite style room. Shares full shower/tub combo bath in hall
Bed 9 - Queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom in the hall.
*Unfortunately, the outdoor fireplaces and not operable at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
**Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.

This company is great! Amazing communication and willing to work with their clients. We asked to see the house before hand, which they accommodated. Sydney is a great property manager with lots of knowledge and a beautiful personality.
The property was amazing! The pool and backyard was a dream! The house is beautiful with lots of room. I would recommend 100 times over.

Traveling with 15 family members celebrating high school graduations and this house was the perfect setting. This crew travels and rents houses together a lot, mostly the Outer Banks of NC, but this year we chose to try something different. We were not disappointed. Great house, location, indoor and outdoor amenities, etc. Checked all the boxes for our seasoned rental family.
Sydney our "concierge" was the greatest, also keeping in contact, making recommendations, etc.
Yes a few things were "off" but nothing earthshattering. Our greeter Ashley showed us everything.
Two suggestions. One, some additional shade by the pool, like a couple of umbrellas would be great. Two, be able to extend the auto-shut off of the pool features and misters. Having to run back in the house every hour to turn stuff back on was a pain. Maybe 4 hours??
I would recommend this house and this company highly.

Our family had an amazing time at Estate on Cavedale. We had our family reunion with a bunch of kids who all had blast in the pool, courts and movie room! There was literally something for everyone! Couldn't have asked for a better place to all hang out.

We had 5 families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so many different areas to enjoy! The house truly felt like a resort. We had a few minor issues that were handled very quickly and they were very attentive to us during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oasis near Scottsdale!!

House and property were beautiful. Very well maintained and every amenity was thought of. Kitchen was perfect! Hopefully you can fix the hot water issue in the Casita.

We had the best time at our stay on Cavedale! The house was amazing and fit our group well. We had a few minor maintenance issues that management came and fixed immediately. The only thing we noticed that was odd was they did not stock the house well with necessities such as cleaners, laundry detergent, etc. Most rental homes come fully stocked and this house could have used some basic necessities. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and loved how close it was to shopping, restaurants and bars!

Everything "high end" including gourmet kitchen. Handled 7 adults and 6 children with room to spare. Have rented in Cabo, Hawaii, Jamaica, Grand Cayman et al and this one of the better houses and responsive management.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The pool was not shocked until Saturday, and then we had to wait for 3 hours to enter, which cut a bunch of time into our day, otherwise it was great. Pool should have been shocked on Friday.

We did a boys golf trip and this was the perfect place. Plenty of space, great amenities. The location is close to a lot of the better Scottsdale courses.

This home is fabulous. Great location, beautiful view and a great escape!
The house itself is quite nice and large and met the needs of our group. It was quite a ways from the airport and there are a million rules of the house which is kind of overwhelming. We were a laid back group of guys anyways so we didn’t do much of anything but the house itself has some drawbacks. There are no thermostats to change the temperature in the house and at night the rooms get over 80 degrees. We texted the property manager about some of the issues and they would get back to us on them consistently but some of them remained unsolved. The spa heat wasn’t working and we had a person with us who specifically needed the spa heat for a blood clot in his leg. The pool filters also do not work so the pool gets a lot of debris in it. There was a dead mouse one morning a bunch of little lizards dead in the pool and just a lot of debris. We didn’t have access to skimmers or anything during the stay unfortunately. Overall the guys all agreed the house is nice and has good amenities but the issues do exist. We all agreed 4 stars out of 5
