Outdoor Oasis: Unwind on the back patio complete with a calming water feature, firepit, suspended day beds, covered gazebo, and misting system with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining and lounging. The resort style backyard boasts a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa alongside your own putting green and gas grilling station.
Indoor Luxury: All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Thermador appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater or relax in harmony in your very own wellness room complete with infinity tub and massage tables.
Bedroom 1: Master Ensuite - plush king bed and elegant master bathroom which includes a free-standing tub, walk in shower, and a large, double vanity.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge. The spa is complimentarily heated.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

This home is modern, beautiful and spacious. Almost all the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, which makes it a great choice for a large family or multiple couples. The location is convenient and close to anything you may need. It’s hard to want to leave the backyard with the beautiful pool, putting green, and multiple lounging areas. I’ll finish up by being impressed with the host, checking in with us and offering to help with any suggestions , issues or questions.

We loved the home, it was well stocked with dishes and appliances and everything was clean and comfortable! The check in process was helpful to be shown around the property and how to use the features of the home. Overall great stay and would definitely use the HOZHO properties again!

When our other accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, the House and Home team got us into this home the next day. Carlos met us at the house at check-in to show us around and answer any questions.....and provided a phone number to text/call if needed. The home, which is brand new and beautifully designed, provided plenty of dishes, cooking tools, and towels (both bath and pool). Our family of 14 had plenty of room - including beds inset in the walls of the loft which the kids loved. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment along with the putting green and outside TV area. The house was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as other attractions (hiking, golfing, etc.) I would definitely recommend this home and this management team!

This home was amazing! Brand new everything including the pool! They have thought of everything on this home and it did not disappoint. Pool is brand new, built in hot tub and plenty of room to relax outdoors on the daybeds and in the evening around the fire pit. The movie theatre was great, everyone who stayed in our group had their own bathroom and the wives really enjoyed the spa area. 100% recommend. The property manager was next level! Welcome goodies when we arrived and she even showed us around the property so we knew how to use everything. We will be back to visit another HOZHO Scottsdale property for sure!

The house was roomy and nice for 8 people. The hot tub never really worked as well as expected but we managed. Ashley was great meeting us and telling us about the property. We will use your company again!
